Rectory & Staff

The Rectory Office is staffed from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. seven days a week. The office staff consists of regular employees and volunteers. After hours emergency phone calls are handled by an answering service. The rectory is the building to the east of the church building (see the map below). Inside are the parish church business office, the Blessed Sacrament Chapel and the priests' living quarters. There is a selection of items from our gift shop on sale in the lobby. New to the Parish? Come into the office to fill our the registration form. See the New Parishoner section on the About our Parish page for more information on the monthly welcoming breakfast for new members.
Have a Mass Intention or need a Memorial Mass card? Come into the rectory to request the date. The usual stipend is $5.00 per mass card.
Requesting a room for a meeting or activity? Come in or call the rectory to check the "book," a complete listing which shows what is scheduled where and when.
Need to schedule a wedding or baptism? Come into the rectory to schedule these. Check our Spiritual Development pages for more information.
Need to make funeral arrangements? Contact your funeral home director. All arrangements and scheduling will be handled by the funeral home.
Inquiring about the parochial school? Call the school office at (954) 431-5253. Also visit the school web site.
Need to leave a message, letter or package for a fellow member? Leave it at the front window with a staff member during office hours. Advise the other party that their message or letter is in the pickup box at the rectory.
Have spiritual concerns or pastoral questions? You may leave a message for one of our priests (or a deacon) and they will promptly call you back. You may make an appointment for a private meeting with a priest as well. Our priests and deacons speak English, Spanish, French and Creole.
